shampoo: pour a small amount of shampoo into hands and rub gently together before applying to wet hair. apply to scalp, gently massaging as lather builds. work from scalp to ends, rinse, and follow with conditioner.

conditioner: after shampooing with shampoo, pour a small amount of conditioner into hands. using fingertips, apply from scalp to ends. rinse immediately or leave on for 1-3 minutes for even greater benefit. rinse thoroughly and pat dry.

body wash: apply to hands, loofah, or washcloth. lather to wash body, then rinse.

solid deodorant: apply to underarms. discontinue if irritation develops.

spray deodorant: shake well and spray on dry skin all over or wherever you’d like to control odor. safe for fabrics.

mineral toothpaste: use a pea-sized amount on toothbrush and brush in circular motions. brush thoroughly at least twice a day to help whiten teeth and remineralize enamel. best after meals or as directed by a dentist or physician.
