Referral FAQs
All Pure Haven Customers who have made at least one Pure Haven purchase may refer a friend and earn rewards.
Pure Haven Advocates are not eligible for referral rewards.
Share your personal referral link. When a friend makes their first Pure Haven purchase via your link and becomes a new Customer, you'll receive referral rewards equal to 15% of their order.
Login to your Pure Haven Customer account and go to your Rewards Balance page. Copy your referral link from the Refer a Friend section and share wherever you'd like.
No. There's no minimum purchase required.
Referral rewards are automatically applied to your Pure Haven account when a referred Customer makes their first Pure Haven purchase.
Referral rewards expire 60 days from the date of issue.
Once someone clicks on your referral link, they have 7 days to use their 15% referral discount.
Login to your Pure Haven account and navigate to the Rewards Balance page.
Subscribe and Save FAQs
Any Advocate or Customer who has never had a Pure Haven subscription order before qualifies for a 10% discount on their first two orders on a new 30- or 60-day subscription. They qualify for a 15% discount on their third and subsequent orders on that subscription.
All new 90-day subscription orders qualify for a 10% discount throughout the life of that subscription.
A new subscriber is any Advocate or Customer who has never placed a Pure Haven subscription order before.
New subscribers with their first new 30- or 60-day subscription will receive a gift card equal to 15% of their first order total after their first order ships. The gift card can be used on their next purchase, whether a one-time order or subscription order.
After their second subscription order ships, they’ll receive a gift card equal to 10% of their second order total.
After their third subscription order ships, they’ll receive a gift card equal to 5% of their third order total.
Each gift card expires 45 days from the date of issue.
No, they will not be automatically applied. To apply gift cards and other rewards to your next order, login to your Pure Haven account and navigate to the Rewards Balance section. Scroll to Credits and then Credit balance and click the “Auto-apply to the next order” button. Note the expiration date and be sure to place your one-time or subscription order prior to that date so that you can use your rewards.
No. If you cancel your subscription and start a new one, you'll qualify for a 10% discount on your first two new subscription orders and 15% on your third and subsequent orders, but you will not receive additional gift cards based on those orders.
Yes, you'll receive email notifications approximately five days prior to the date your subscription order is scheduled to process.
Yes, new Customers can use the PURE15 discount code to save an additional 15% off their first subscription order. The PURE15 discount code will stack with the 10% first subscription order discount.
No, you can skip or defer a subscription order as needed without being penalized.
