shampoo: dispense a small amount of supergreens shampoo into hands and rub gently together before applying to wet hair. apply to scalp, gently massaging as lather builds. work from scalp to ends, rinse with cool water, and follow with supergreens conditioner or deep conditioner.
conditioner: after shampooing with supergreens shampoo, dispense a small amount of conditioner into hands. using fingertips, apply from scalp to ends. rinse immediately or leave on for 1-3 minutes for even greater benefit. rinse thoroughly and pat dry. depending on your hair needs, follow with supergreens scalp treatment, detangler, or thermal protection hair mist.
